We offer mindfulness workshops for schools, businesses, healthcare organizations and other groups. These workshops are an ideal way to expose numerous people to the practice in an environment where they feel comfortable. We’ve facilitated mindfulness workshops for teachers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and college and high school students.
Typically, these sessions last between one and two hours, and include meditation practice and instructions, a brief talk about mindfulness and stress reduction, suggestions on how to create and sustain a daily meditation practice, and information about local groups and other resources.
Price is dependent upon the size and type of organization. But if you’re interested in learning about mindfulness, we’re interested in working with you.
We are especially interested in reaching populations most susceptible to stress and burnout, such as teachers, healthcare workers and first responders.
